My name is Kaila DeCaro and I live in Lisbon, NH. I am the CEO of Masterpiece Bookkeeping Services. I was born and raised in Vermont and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2010. After a short migration to Rochester, NY, my husband and I settled in St. Johnsbury, VT in 2012. We moved to NH in 2024. We have 2 young children, and a cat named after an Avenger.

I bring over 16 years of experience in retail banking, commercial lending, and financial analysis. Through that work, I recognized a gap in our local market for reliable, relationship-driven bookkeeping services — and that’s how Masterpiece Bookkeeping Services was born. I’m passionate about helping small business owners gain clarity and confidence in their finances, and I’m committed to becoming a trusted and valued resource within our community and beyond.
